All House of Fun payments are processed through our external bookings system Coordinate Sport. You can make the payment through debit card or through childcare vouchers (at selected sites).

What is a Tax-Free Childcare account?

A tax-free childcare account is a government-backed savings account designed to help working parents or guardians manage the costs of childcare for their children. It allows you to save money specifically for childcare expenses in a tax-efficient way. You can get up to £500 every 3 months (up to £2,000 a year) for each of your children to help with the costs of childcare. For every £8 you pay into this account, the government will pay in £2 to use to pay your provider. Please visit https://www.gov.uk/tax-free-childcare to check your eligibility and to set up your account.

Do you accept childcare vouchers (CCVs)/Government Tax-Free Childcare payments?

House of Fun accepts all childcare vouchers (CCVs)/Government Tax-Free Childcare payments as a form of payment for bookings at selected sites. Your booking will not be confirmed until we receive and process your CCVs/Government Tax-Free Childcare payment. Go through the normal House of Fun booking process on Coordinate sport. You will need to register an account if you don’t already have one. At the payment stage, choose the option to Pay with Childcare Vouchers. Log in to your childcare vouchers provider to make the voucher payment. Please then send a screenshot of your final transaction to bookings@house-of-fun.co.uk

If you need any help finding codes or provider references, please email bookings@house-of-fun.co.uk

Who do I contact if I need assistance with payment?

Holiday Camp Activities

What activities can my child do at House of Fun multi-activity/ibrick holiday camps?

There are 4 separate activity sessions per day at House of Fun multi-activity camps, and children choose from a range of activities per session. There is always a choice of sports, arts & crafts or cookery, plus outdoor activities that are weather dependent.

At our ibrick camps, your child will enjoy a mixture of exciting, themed building sessions using LEGO® bricks, cool STEM activities/experiences and some time to play with their friends and the models they have built.

What does my child need to bring to House of Fun camps/clubs?

For information about what your child needs to bring to House of Fun, please see our Information for Parents page.

My child is shy and doesn't know anyone at House of Fun - will they be okay?

YES! At House of Fun, we pride ourselves on having a supportive, inclusive atmosphere. House of Fun is a children’s activity provider with a social purpose - we strive to improve the well-being of whole communities by identifying and acting upon the well-being needs of children and young people.

Everyone at House of Fun believes that every child should be entitled to just have fun outside of school time, and our fantastic staff do everything possible to make sure this happens.

Our holiday camp/club aims are to allow children to:

  • meet new people

  • have a go

  • build self-esteem

My child is coming for a full day. Will they get too tired?

Regular breaks and opportunities for downtime are built into every day at House of Fun. We also ensure that children at our holiday camps/clubs have regular drinks and refuel with a snack or lunch, especially during hot weather. Our staff are experienced and flexible, and can adapt sessions to the needs of the children – we are not 'one size fits all'.

Do you welcome neurodivergent children?

At House of Fun, we believe in creating an inclusive and enriching environment for all children and young people. All our activities are designed to welcome and support children and young people of all abilities, ensuring a space where everyone can thrive and flourish. We celebrate the unique strengths and perspectives that neurodiversity brings, fostering a sense of belonging and understanding among our community.

House of Fun recognises that the needs of individual children vary, and will endeavour to accommodate children with specific needs and/or medical conditions within our camps and clubs.  It is our policy not to exclude any child due to specific needs and/or medical conditions wherever possible.

Do you provide 1:1 support for children?

Where a child requires 1:1 support, we are happy to accommodate a child with specific needs on a paid trial basis and reserve the right to review further bookings. House of Fun may permit parents/carers to support their child in settling into their first session, providing the House of Fun safer recruitment standards are met.

In addition, there may be specific 1:1 funding available from local authority/charity organisations that enable a child to attend our camps/clubs. If you would like support to apply for this funding, please contact us at bookings@house-of-fun.co.uk to discuss.
